Just curious if anyone else has issues getting parts out of some of the companies selling Asian instruments. Jupiter has been nothing but great for me, but Antigua Winds and Winston are like pulling teeth. I waited almost 4 months for parts (screws, thumbrests, etc, nothing fancy) from Winston and the only reason I got them is that I got more worked up on the phone with the poor customer service woman than I should have (not yelling, just very confrontational because I got the same line I've gotten for the last 3 months) and magically a box of parts (pulled from stock instruments?) arrives 3 days later. Is there a secret code word I need or are they just not with it?

Don't have any experinence with Antigua, but my experinence with Jupiter and Winston are similar to yours. Jupiter seems to make every effort to help and Winston appears to forget all about it after you hang up the phone. Even if I call on the status of backorders, Jupiter follows up and returns calls.

Anyone have a specific go-to person that gets it done at a problem supplier?
